At Shchedra Nyva, we have been improving the art of growing and canning peas for years, so that each new can is better than the previous one.

We ourselves, carefully and lovingly, grow peas. Our agronomists, like real detectives, check everything to the smallest detail — humidity, fertilizers, and even the mood of the weather. Every day they go around the fields, because we know very well: good peas will not grow themselves.

But most of all, we are proud not of technology, but of people. More than 300 specialists work with us during the season — this is not just a team, this is the real heart of “Shchedra Nyva”.

It all started with a small seed. We grow corn ourselves — in Ukrainian fields. Our agronomists check every detail: soil moisture, temperature, weather changes. Because experience and care are also fertilizer.

But most of all, we are proud not of technology, but of people. More than 300 specialists work with us during the season — this is not just a team, this is the real heart of “Shchedra Nyva”.

Harvesters enter the field just when the peas are at their best: sweet, tender and full of flavor. At this moment, the timer starts - 180 minutes for the peas to be in the jar.

At the plant, it all starts with sorting: the best grains move forward, and the rest are sent for retraining. We make sure that the products are safe and of high quality.

Then there are several stages of washing - because cleanliness is above all for us. Next is a blanching, which helps to preserve the color and delicate texture. Speed becomes our ally.

Each jar receives its own label with all the important details: date, composition, batch, expiration date. Each batch is thoroughly tested in our laboratory.

After that, add a simple and natural brine. Nothing extra. The jars are hermetically sealed and enter the autoclave. After sterilization, the peas must be cooled.
